I have bought 2 of these shelves. The first one was nice but I decided to return the second one. I contacted them and returned the item in the original box and packaging. They received it on May 1st and it is now May 13th and I have not received my refund for it. I have sent several inquiries about it and keep being told that I would get it but still nothing. I ordered a shelf for a Christmas gift and added upgrades with a light and the light arrived broken. It did not work and I notified the company immediately. When i notified the company of this they sent me the wrong replacement. When i let them know they told me i was required to ship it back and pay for it in order to get the correct light. Very poor customer service and would not recommend this company to anyone. Its pretty sad you purchase something brand new and cant even get it replaced. I have family that were interested and i told them to find another company. I would not recommend this company to anyone.Review from Angela D

Ordered a custom shelf as a Christmas gift. The person lives over 800 miles away. We noticed shelf was not functioning as expected, and could not reach customer service representative. A part arrived in our mailbox 2 weeks later which requires instalation of a part with directions that read "very firm pressure needed to install". No apology or explanation on why the part was no already installed, and no return response to calls or emails to further discuss. As previously stated, shelf is over 800 miles away and my elderly parents are not going to be able to complete. This company DOES NOT care to follow-up once they have your money, buyer be ware.Review from susie c

I ordered three of their traps. Good workmanship and they work as they should. It did take a while to get the orders but they finally came unscathed. Sale prices are fine but please enough of the "we screwed up" silly tactics. Doesn't look good for the business. They have good products but just need better management, IMHO.Review from Kristin T

The lock on our shelf stopped responding to bluetooth and keycards, after several calls we were instructed several times to break open the lock and mail it back and they'd replace. Now they wont replace and demand we pay for a new lock regardless we were told several times to break it as it wouldn't open. Would NOT recommend the company as they don't follow through.Review from Kenneth R

Ordered a 35s tactical trap ***** came to me it did not work it was coming apart and they have run me around and around and around trying to return this from a money back $197 so as from one vet to supposed to be another vet they're crooked don't do no business with them because they're out to s**** people for trying to be American vetReview from Kris A

Terrible customer service. The product arrived damage; the locking mechanism was compromised and caused it to not open as advertised. I contacted their "support" team for a simple exchange, or so I thought. I took the necessary pictures to show that the product I paid for is not the product I received. They decided to close the claim instead of just exchanging the item.I've had 10x better customer service and support during lockdown for Covid than this company. Now I'm stuck with this shelf that doesn't work. Thanks for your time.Review from LANCE J

I ordered December 2nd, and have been told multiple times that it will ship next week. Called last week and was assured it was going out on February 10th. It did not. Called yesterday and was told they would confirm my order and call me back. They did not. I called today and spoke to "****" whom said my order was conveniently lost. They could send me part of my order (minus some part they didn't have in stock) as an option. Told them I wanted my money back at this point...will see if that happens or if I need to call back after 3 days. I have zero faith in this "company". Highly advise folks to look elsewhere. Either a poorly ran company or a scam IMO.Review from Loren D

I ordered a shelf from them over 3 years ago but just now got around to installing it. I lost my key cards and had to order new ones. The response was very quick and very helpful in how to reprogram my shelf. I now have my shelf installed and am very pleased with the results. I purchased the Family Name *** on December 8, 2022 as a Christmas gift for my husband and have yet to receive it. I have emailed customer service and each email says the parts are made to order and it normally takesa ***** business days from production to shipping - sometimes less, sometimes a bit more (during holidays, etc.) I will be notified by email **** tracking number) as soon as your order has been shipped. I will never order from Tactical Traps again and will be calling their office to ask for my money back.
