      Since 2020 I've been trying to get my car repaired to be driven safely on the road everytime I get a call saying I need this part to run correctly I've paid for it it's now 2022 I've paid over 15k to Dale's Service Center and my car still isn't working I've even had a new engine,brakes transmission and many other parts repaired and replaced..they try to charge me twice for some repairs that I've already had done by them everytime they call me and say your car is good to go I pick it up and pay full balance never a late payment I return to my house and car stops working again they come pick it up the next day everytime I'm paying more and more Money and trying to drive home a car that can possibly kill me or someone else one of their employees referred to my car as a death trap because they aren't reparing my car to safely ride on the road but charge me thousands of dollars everytime and sometimes I don't even make it home because it's not driving correctly so they start the process over again charging me not to repair my car effectively and correctly to be driven on the road my car is again 1 day after picking it up from them saying everything is fixed not starting...sitting in my garage with almost impossible brake pedal to safely start... I even had a part delivered to the shop it was supposed to be a 3:73 gear ratio rear end which they knew but the seller delivered a 4:11 gear ratio rear end instead of ****** calling me they realized the part was a 4:11 gear the wrong part and proceeded to install on my vehicle anyways I believe that they are now just trying to drain me dry and not caring about my safety or about me wanting my car repaired correctly the way it should be so 15k later I've decided to take action can't take it anymore I've tried to be cool but enough is enough their scam ends today

      **************, brings us a car to "make run" his engine, his parts, which did not come in this car from the factory. We are not in business to use customer bought parts, and when you brought the rear end with the wrong gear ratio, and it's our fault? If you have problems with what parts we sold you, or quality of work we charged you for parts we sold you, we WILL MAKE IT RIGHT.

      Ok you are talking about parts I'm talking about service...the service that you have done on my vehicle since 2020 has it made my car run,drive or be able to get in start up and go 10 miles no it hasn't my goal was to have my car running and driving so I believe you havent done that 15k later it still doesn't start or driving so who fault is that ?? When you say the car is ready to go come pick it up what does that mean to you? So because 10k later I decided to buy my engine else where and have you install it now I'm doing something wrong I don't think so you never made my car work the whole time it's been in and out of your shop that's bad business correct I need for honest work to be done of you say the car is ready to go come get it that should mean you've done your job and my car is fixed but it doesn't...

      Not the first problem I've had dealing with the same vehicle but definitely has got to be the last I've showed my loyalty to your business for 2yrs now on the same project give me some customer appreciation there is no way I should be having a non driving vehicle with all the experience your business has now show me the same loyalty and make sure my car is done perfectly professionally and with detail so I can drive my vehicle like everyone else who cares about their property 15k in still now movement Unacceptable!!!

      Took our vehicle 10/12/21 to be repaired for a check engine light with PO300 code. We received it back 11/5/21. Had it home for 4 days, same issue and back up camera not working after spending $749.79. Took it back to them 11/10/21. They had it again for two and a half months quoted us $1,452.60 to change fuel injector assembly crank sensor that this would definitely fix the problem. When we went to pick it up we were charged $1,814.17 for some extra repairs that they had done and not gotten permission to do. Brought it home,had it an hour check engine light back and code PO300 again and backup camera not working still. Took van back 1/27/22 their estimate was $1,100 to change manifold gaskets that that would definitely fix the problem. I asked for a meeting. Instead they changed the gaskets for no charge and with out permission. **** said he didn't want to see my van again and was very short with us when we came to pick it up 2/11/22. I was told by **** the mechanic that if the light came on again it would be for the *** module and it would be no danger. The vans check engine light came on within an hour of leaving as we were going down the bypass. The light came on. It started blinking. The van started chugging lost power three times on the way home. It was undrivable, after I was told that it was safe and spending $2563.96 They had my van for a total of three and a half months and never fixed the problem.When we came to pick it up the last time, they gave us a box of parts no sensors were in this box. My dash was not put together right and gouges by the radio. I called ****** yesterday. 2/14/22 to give him an update on what was going on with the van because his mechanic **** wanted to know. He didn't offer to resolve any of this. It is undrivable. We took the van to them to repair a check engine light PO300 code, **** assured my husband they were up to the challenge then said that we dumped this vehicle on him. His motto is We fix things right the first time!

      I am very sorry we have not found the total problems with this van. What seems to haunt the cure is coupled with a few problems, they bought the van with the check engine light on, we at first addressed what we could, tested, and gave the van back. Check engine lamp came back, we found more problems, did have it for months, due to covid related issues, and in doing so charged for what we found at fault. Customer gets to drive the van for longer times than we possibly can and engine light returned. I did call and leave message to return van as we can check what we did, and why problems returned. Never heard back, and now I'm dealing with complaint turned to BBB. Being this van was looked at other repair shops, it was not going to be easy, and it has not been one at all. I can rest my hand on the good book and say we had spent 4 time the amount of time than was charged, and I will also say we can find the remainder of problem, but when pressed to say how long, and being told not going to spend any more money, starts to create problems. Our reputation is as always, to do the best, do more, and due to the fact I myself had to be involved, in a very tough time, I can come across *****. Sorry for that, but if they would like to bring it back, I will do what is right.

      ****************, it seems you are only sorry when a complaint is made against you. I requested a sit-down meeting amongst everyone involved so that we would be on the same page. Your response was no response and you took it upon yourself to change the intake manifold gasket. We did not buy the van with the check engine light on. It was an intermittent problem and kept giving the same code of PO300. We had it other places and some of the things you decided needed to be replaced had already been done previously. Your office manager did not want to share information on what had previously been done with your mechanics because she didn't want to give them any preconceived ideas on what was wrong. Her words not mine. Every time we picked it up we drove less miles before the check engine light came on. Each and every time the PO300 code was the same. The last time we didn't even get it home, which makes me wonder if a test drive was done after it was supposedly repaired. The second time we just made it home, less than a 5 mi drive before the light was on again. You never contacted me, and when I called to give your mechanic **** an update on the undrivability of the van you didn't offer to do anything but pass on the message. You are dealing with a complaint to the better Business bureau because of your own unwillingness to communicate. We ended up taking the vehicle somewhere else where they discovered an oil leak that was not an issue when it was brought to you. You charged over $2,600 which was approximately twice the cost quoted by consumer reports for this area for the repairs that you said you did do and never solved the problem that we brought it to you for in the first place. No one in their right mind would give you a blank check. If you didn't know what was wrong, you should have been upfront and said so. If you didn't want to invest the time you should have said so. We gave you three and a half months to deal with the problem you chose to make excuses and not keep us updated or return calls. If my husband hadn't stopped to request information we wouldn't have known anything. Some repairs we're made without any authorization or communication. We were quoted one price then charged another and you didn't get permission for the extras to be done. You repeated things that had already been done to the van. When we came to pick it up the last time the parts that you supplied, we're not inclusive of everything that you had charged us for. Your motto is you fix things right the first time and you charged us a lot to not do it right *********** in a row. If the shoe was on the other foot ****************, would you bring it back again? The right thing to do is to refund our money.

      Did you not read the last response? We took it somewhere else. They found an oil leak after you replaced the intake manifold gasket and other issues. I will not be bringing my vehicle back to you. You need to refund our money.

      Just got back from vacation, and low and behold, found out they traded van to dealer, instead of returning for us to look at. We had talked with a potential buyer from the dealer about check engine lamp, and oil leak. ****** had told them the rear main seal leak, not being our repair. They had said started with a little miss, but  ran without problem. As I stated prior to this, we stand behind our work, will not refund any money, will be happy to prove what we did to any respectable arbitrator.
