* The issue relates to warranty work, to repair defects in the reglazing of our bathtub.* The original work was done 26 Oct 2021, for $650, with an 8 year warranty.* We had our first warranty repair Mar 14, 2022, and it was fully covered.* Now we have a similar issue, still under warranty, but they want a $75 service charge, based on telephone and SMS communications with them on Aug 30.* In order to keep the warranty in force, we must have the repair done. But we don't think the added service charge is fair.* The warranty is rather vague regarding its exact provisions, so it is hard to claim they are violating it. But they have changed their terms of service without our agreeing to it, which we don't think is fair.* Scanned copy of the warranty is uploaded
