      I purchased an ebike for $900 for my son in Nov 2023 which he used most of his saving for. We got the bike and battery did not work, sent in an RMA to get a new battery in which we got in Jan. ** rode the bike around for a week and it stopped working. Put in another RMA to have it fixed, bike was shipped back to Swagtron which they received, did nothing with the bike and shipped it back. I got the bike back and it still didn't work. put in another RMA with Swagtron, shipped the broken bike back again in which tracking shows delivered and now have never heard back. Sent about 30 emails now asking for update and nobody replies. phone number doesn't work and now we are out of a $900 ebike. SCAMMMMM this company is and took money from a 7 year old boys saving.

      My son received an electric scooter for his bday on 11/13/23. He rode the scooter 1 time and the s**** that held the handle bars on snapped. I attempted to contact the company to get a replacement s**** my 1st complaint is they wanted me to pay for it but they didnt have any in stock and said it would take a couple months. I was fine with this at first and they said they would contact me. several months went by and they never did so I tried again and I still have not heard from them. I contacted them for the 3rd time on 6/4/24 and they have not responded. I should not have to pay for a faulty part and now it has been over 6 months and my son still has not been able to use the scooter he got as a gift.

      On 4/19/24 I purchased from Swagtron a **Bike (EB7 Elite Commuter, Folding **Bike. Order number ******.), which was reconditioned. After unboxing and charging the **Bike, it does not work correctly. With a full battery turn it on and nothing works, but plug the charger in and turn it on and it works, unplug it and it stops. I reached out to Swagtron twice via their **************** Email Address, and the only response I received was an automatic email stating that they will get back to within 24-72hrs. I have not as of yet hear back from them. I tried calling the **************** number that they have listed and it is out of service. Include with this purchase is a year warranty for a cost $65. My hope is that they stand by their merchandise, and fulfill their obligations to me as a new customer. My objective is for them is to either repair, replace the bike, or refund me what I feel was stolen from me.

      I have been trying to get in contact with Swagton Customer support over an electrical issue with a scooter for over a month. I tried going to their website, but the customer service page appears to be down. I tried their phone number, but the message says that it's disconnected. I tried emailing the service email address multiple times, but no answer after a month. All I'm looking for is guidance for repair, not even refund or replacement.

      What a scam!!! I never complain but I would hate for anyone else to get ripped off. I bought a new hoverboard (Swagboard T580 Twist Hoverboard W/ Light-Up Led Wheels - Pink) in November 2023 for a Christmas present. My kids rode it nonstop for a month. But it suddenly stopped holding a charge. We submitted a support request on their website and received instructions to return it for possible repair under warranty. On 2/22 we received an email saying “We have received your Return Authorization at our Return Center! It is currently in queue to be further processed by our technicians.Currently, our processing time for your unit is approximately 5-20 business days depending on the type of return (repair, refund, exchange).” I waited 20 business days but didn’t hear anything so I sent an email asking for an update. I have emailed multiple times asking for an update but have never heard anything. At this point, I assume they are keeping our hoverboard and our money.

      I purchased a Model 98168-4 SG-8 scooter in November. The scooter now turns on but doesn't move. I have been trying to get a hold of customer service for a couple of months now. The phone number doesn't work and I have filled out the customer service email request about 4 times now with no response. They have a tab on their website to do a return/repair but their is an error message that doesn't even allow you to see the form to be able to submit and turn in.

      We purchased a Swagtron Hoverboard for our daughter for Christmas. The lights on it stopped working just a couple weeks later. We contacted Swagtron and they said it was still under warranty and instructed us to send it to them to be repaired. We sent it in in early February and have confirmation they received it. When we spoke with them initially they said it would be 2-3 weeks to get it back to us. Its now been almost 3 months and they wont respond to emails, give a refund, send it back to us, etc Not sure what the next step should be

      On November 24, 2023 I purchased a Swagtron Swagboard Twist T580 Light-Up Hoverboard as a Christmas gift from Kohls online. The hoverboard was delivered on November 30, 2023. When the gift was opened we noticed that the hoverboard did not function properly, this was our 3rd Swagtron hoverboard we have purchase over the years. I opened a request to repair/replace and received #CASE1951525. The unit was approved to return for repair/replacement. On Janaury 19, 2024 we received the repair approval RA258099. We returned the unit and received confirmation on February 2, 2024 that Swagtron unit had been received at their return center and it would take "approximately 5-20 business days depending on the type of return (repair, refund, exchange)." Since then we have tried following up the status of the repair/replacement and have not received an update. The phone number Swagtron provided ************** is no longer in service and no response from *********************************** I am requesting a functional and safe repair of the unit or a replacement.

      I bought an electrick Bike for ****** came with a Dead battery cell. I want a new Battery.... I also bought a Scooter with Air filled tired the Swagger 5 elte and they sent the Boost instead Which does not have air filled tires and this is why I bought that one for this one I want the correct Scooter which I am willing to send this one back once they pay for the shipping Back. I am out about 1000$ and been trying to get them to contact me for a week and a half now

      We purchased the SWAGBOARD T580 WARRIOR BLUETOOTH HOVERBOARD W/ MUSIC-SYNCED for my grandson for Christmas 12/2023 and it malfunctioned upon arrival. Swagtron authorized a repair (RA257701) but I haven't received a replacement unit. Their email ************************************ stated a processing time of 5-20 business days, but it's been longer. My follow-up emails inquiring about the status received automated replies mentioning a ***** hour response window, which I haven't received either. Their phone number seems disconnected. I would like to request a replacement unit or a refund as soon as possible.
