Poorly staffed, lack of attention given to patients (roam into other patient's room - reoccurring exposure of *****, totally naked woman in wheelchair, bed- ridden patients hollering or banging for long periods, no patient phone - having to ask to use nurse's station phone is rudely denied very often, patient choking in dining room- NO staff to assist, patient allowed to crash empty wheelchair into glass doors and walls, lay in soiled undergarments for long periods of time, patient unable to recieve necessary oxygen due to empty tanks- at least six, patient given used bed- unclean ************** smelling pillow with prepositioned mattress unable to correct because it was broken, drinking water was NOT provided at all times, and patient's personal clothing disappears so donated clothing is given.) UNSANITARY C conditions:Feces on floor, garbage piled next to bed ridden patient, floors so sticky that your sock would stick to floor, and there was no housekeeping done in the four days of my admission- no soap for handwashing or paper towels in bathroom's, patients were able to handle the only pitcher used to pour drinks, commonly used countertops often very dirty, and no sanitation items available.PSYCOLOGICAL needs not met:No follow up with doctor after being admitted ( initial visit was ten minutes or less) No one on one with therapist or even a session ******** sessions or therapeutic activities In extreme pain due to fractured wrist and RN unable to give me even a Tylenol because there was no order and there was no attempt to get one ALL patient complaints were not taken seriously Because the rooms were two beds, it allowed for some patients to become stressed about unruly roomate that constantly was a disturbance The above information is just some of the poor conditions allowed.
