      Bought a monitor from them it is having issues and cannot get ahold of them to do a warranty repair or replace.

      On Saturday Aug 12th, I dropped off a monitor at **** that would be sent back by Viotek to be repaired because it was within its 3 year warranty.That was in Aug of 2023. Several times, I had called Viotek to get updates on when they would be sending the monitor back to me. Then, suddenly, they stopped responding and any calls to their support line was instantly sent to voice-mail. I have left several voice-mails and emails trying to get into contact with viotek, since they have taken the monitor I paid for, and not sent back any sort of compensation or another monitor.This company is not reliable or trustworthy. Avoid AT ALL COST and buy your monitors from places like ****** or Best Buy, where you are guaranteed to be able to at least get your money back. This is a super shady business and unreliable. They need to be taken to court.

      Purchased a Viotek monitor as a gift for my son, spent over $300 on it. It lasted about 9 months and all of a sudden there is a line going through the screen vertically and the pixels are all weird. I contacted Viotek directly as instructed by Best Buy. Viotek told me to email pictures and receipt to them. I did all of those things. Their response was that it costs too much for parts and labor to fix it. I replied back telling them they need to replace the monitor then because it has a 3 year warranty and we did nothing to the monitor to get ruined. They responded back saying we did physical damage to it. We NEVER touched the screen! We literally did nothing to it. They just do not want to replace it or repair it. They are not honoring the warranty! Bad product but mostly a BAD COMPANY! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM VIOTEK! WE will not be purchasing anything from them ever again! I want my monitor replaced or refunded my money!

      The customer's monitor is physically damaged. The visible points of impact and cracks on the screen show this. This is not covered by warranty, and we will not be able to cover a replacement for this customer. I have attached photos from the customer and copies of them where we outlined the visible damage.

      Hello I am sending the complaint in because my sons monitor had a glitch in it with very small pixels flickering. I was told to return the monitor they would either fix it or replace it so I sent it back and got an email saying the monitor was destroyed during the delivery and the *** is saying its my fault? That they cant replace it how could they possibly know whos fault it was Id it was damaged during the shipment. I did all I knew too do with it I wrapped the monitor in very thick foam and then I wedge foam between both sides and stuffed bubble wrap to secure it in place. I dont see how they can deny my son a replacement and then blame the customer. I feel like this was a way out of replacing it. Can you please help me.

      It is very unfortunate that the monitor had arrived damaged. We have offered a refurbished a replacement monitor at a discount. We did indeed file a *** Damage Claim, which was then denied by ***, stating the following:

      When damage occurs, *** inspects the package and evaluates the packaging according to our packaging guidelines which include the ************************************** (ISTA) 3A Test Procedures for small parcel delivery shipments, published by the ***** Your packaging did not meet these guidelines. *** is not liable or responsible for loss or damage to any package from improper packaging.
      The evaluation revealed the following deficiencies in the packaging that was for this shipment.
      The foam sheeting, kraft paper used for cushioning did not adequately protect the merchandise.
      Recommendation: Each item should be surrounded by at least two inches (**** cm) of appropriate cushioning and placed two inches (**** cm) away from the box walls. This prevents product-against-product damage and protects the contents from shock and vibration, which can pass from outside of the box to the contents. Use enough cushioning to ensure that the contents cannot move when you shake the box.
