On July 19th I purchased a car from Omari Auto Sales. I have not recieved the title in order to proper file ownership with BMV. I have called numerous times, only to be told "one more week" Jamie the manager has lied repeatedly. On September 9th he stated he called and "lit a fire under their asses" and he would pay the 65 dollars to expedite this. He stated he would call me on Monday the 13th. He did not. He had the front office girl call my husband and leave a message that it would be "one more week" Indiana state law is 45 days, I am well over that. I need the paperwork in order for my car to be legal with the state. This is unacceptable. I need this resolved ASAP.Business response

Would like to respond to the complaint. We had a issue with the title and registration due to us not having the title in the right spot. During co-vid it was a bit hectic and we survived instead of shutting down and we did what we could to not to shut down. We have grown by leaps and bounds since. So please understand that we have settled the matter and there should be no further issues thank you **********************; ************
