I bought my Trailblazer on 10/3/22 from Tendai Auto Sales at ******************. Its 1/15/23 & still waiting on my title that was messed up cause there were too many assignees on the title they originally gave me at purchase. I gave the title back to *********************** on 11/30/22 to correct title issue. I have not been able to drive the vehicle since Nov. 2022 due to no title to purchase plates. Multiple phone calls have been made to *********** have started ignoring my calls. I have stopped by where I bought the vehicle at multiple times & no one is ever there. To add to not providing a proper title to me, I was sold an advertised 4WD vehicle that was NOT working. The front differential was busted, CV shaft missing & 2WD bearings installed. The salesman was aware something was wrong cause the issue was pointed out before the vehicle was purchased.Review from Benjamin e

Wasted my time and gas. Drove from another city to find out the vehicle had issues, and we wouldn't be able to test drive it until repaired. This was after two days of communication on the phone, and being told numerous times the vehicle had been inspected, and had no issues!Review from Andrea H

I was asked for a deposit after finding a suv on Car Guru. I talked to the manager **** several times and the manager ***** was misleading as to the condition of the **** He also lied to the owner and told him he called me the morning before I was to take delivery and told me the suv needed a manifold gasket and would take $500 off the price. I was never told that. A manifold gasket on a Cadillac Escalade cost around $900 at a licensed shop to fix and I would never take a chance on damaging the vehicle or smelling carbondioxcide by driving it back to ********* ******** to be fixed. I have sold my other vehicle and now I am stuck without a vehicle. ***** was dishonest, misleading then was upset with me when the owner who was very nice found out ***** has called and texted my phone afterwards several times and stated Hes the manager so I would have to deal with him if I wanted a vehicle.
