The visits were on the dates below;June 28, 2022, Consultation for hair extension August 2, 2022, Color treatment August 5, 2022, Keratin ************************ of extension August 12, 2022, Salon Owner ************************* added the third package of hair I was canceled by *************************, who was to do a consult, and scheduling was confirmed but canceled about 90 minutes before the appointment. So I had to seek another professional to correct the ***************. Also, three packs of 60 pieces of hair; when the hair was the stylist removed who fixed the lousy hair job, I had 51 pieces. Based on text messages and the quality of the initial appointment, the Owner needed to be more experienced in completing the high-maintenance hair services. As a result, she has removed services for hair extensions but not hair extension consultations. The owner has asked that I not contact her in text messages and part ways. She resolved to complicate the problem after confirming she would not see me at the minimum with a consultation scheduled on Sept 8, 2022, at 10:45 a.m. I do believe she made off with a scam. Too many inconsistencies about the hair maintenance, and I still need to receive all the hair pieces. A keratin treatment is permanent smoothing; the new growth is the only part showing virgin hair growth. This treatment is a 3-6 month maintenance, not within 30 days.
