Underwood tile & carpet was contracted to me to redo my downstairs flooring by another company that I guess they are partnered with. Everything was smooth sailing at first, easy to contact and work with. However, within several months of my floors being completed, I started to notice I was able to see the old flooring underneath and have gaps in between the flooring and shoe molding. The gaps I noticed immediately, and contacted the company which someone came back out to fix the huge gap right away ( now theres more) . I was told I have a year warranty at the time they were completed which was February 2023. I have been calling the company since January 2024 to have my floors fixed. I was unable to get in contact with anyone after leaving several messages, and contacted the company that referred them to me to help. After that, I actually did receive a call back from ***** at Underwood Flooring, he apologized for the delay, said they were extremely busy and would have someone sent out to fix my floors and they probably shifted since its floating flooring. Over the next few days, he kept in contact and had said someone would come out that week because I was being squeezed in, had the day set in February, but due to the snow Im guessing they never showed, and I never received a call. Again I started leaving several messages but no call backs over the next few months. I actually spoke with someone last week that said he would leave my message for ***** but ***** was currently off for a few days so he would get back to me when he returned. Still nothing. I called again this week spoke to the same guy, and he said he left my message for ***** and would put another message on his desk. I asked if I would actually get a call back because I have not been and told him also about someone supposedly coming in February but never showed. If I could give negative stars I definitely would because after their project is completed their customer service is obsolete.
