  I paid Absolute Landscape a $10,648 material's deposit on an $24,000retaining wall build. After they started 1 days worth of work on a retaining wall footer I terminated the contract due to the footer being built incorrectly and not to code after **** Foxworthy said the footer was completed. I also had to confront the owner **** Foxworthy after finding beer cans on my property and having neighbors tell me the owner and crew was drinking beer while working and operating heavy equipment. To date **** Foxworthy refuses to refund or show proof of purchase of any materials that my $10,648 deposit was for.I asked where stone and other construction materials were ordered from with my deposit money and I was told its none of my business. After posting my story on ******** Ive had over 30 people reach out with the same story. Foxworthy gains a big deposits works one day then disappears with your deposit money. Thankfully I terminated him before he was able to cause more property damages or get any more money from me..*** had 2 engineers look at his footer and all have confirmed his footer isnt close to state standards or any professional standards. Foxworthy is completely under qualified to do any Hardscape work. I have property repairs estimates now at over $28,000 to fix the damages Foxworthy did to my property, not including the $10,648 he is refusing to refund for materials I did not receive or have.I need asstance getting my deposit $10,648 back. Again I have 30 other people stating the same story and most have filed claims with the BBB and small claims court as well.He has 3 judgments against him for damages from Small Claims court he refuses to pay. He continues to operate his landscape business under 3 different company names and uses photos of work for reference that he did NOT preform. He also uses his girlfriend acting as a reference.He is harassing and needs to be stopped and his business license revoked

  I strongly advise against hiring **** Foxworthy and Absolute ****************************** They currently hold an 'F' rating with the BBB due to numerous customer complaints. My experience with them was quite disappointing.I engaged **** Foxworthy and Absolute ***************************** to install steps, a small patio, and planter borders on the side of my house. We had agreed upon specific materials for the steps, patio stone, and planter borders. I had explicitly instructed them to restrict heavy machinery to a certain part of my yard, as it had been recently re-sodded and covered with expensive netting.Regrettably, they installed incorrect materials, even after being informed about the discrepancy at the outset. To make matters worse, they damaged my yard with their equipment, including the area I had expressly marked as off-limits. Their attempt to remedy this by re-seeding the area proved ineffective; even after three months, my yard is in a pitiable state.Aside from the incorrect materials, they omitted the patio border I had paid extra for. They also failed to install a French drain I had commissioned, and the borders were unevenly set with gaps. Moreover, the patio itself is uneven, with poorly cut stones, some of which are broken.I promptly brought all these issues to the attention of **** Foxworthy and Absolute *****************************, providing photographic evidence. Yet, even after three months, they have not rectified the problems.

  On Apr 24th, 2023 a verbal agreement was made between **** Mr *********************** owner of Absolute Lawn. I was promised a hard copy of our agreement after he got back to his office. Work he was contracted to do in my backyard included: dirt work to correct drainage issues along the south end of my foundation, under & around my front fence gate, & the lawn around a newly poured concrete patio; seed & spread straw in these areas along with several other areas devoid of grass throughout the yard, including the backside of my privacy fence recently cleared of brush and debri; areate & fertilize, once new grass was established, the entire backyard to resolve numerous ridges and lumps in order to improve drainage, the overall condition of the yard & make it safer for me to walk on. He emphasized after they laid top soil & seeded the first time, they would come back in 2 to 3 weeks to see how well the seed took, reseed as needed, & add additional top soil to areas that had settled excessively. He quoted me $1800 for it all. Start date was not set. However, Apr 25, he called wanting to start that day. He said he had just did a grading project in Southern Dunes & had the soil & the equipment to start mine. I agreed to let him start that day. Before he arrived I received a PNC alert via SMS on my cell requesting I Zelle him the full $1800. Unfortunately, I foolishly did so thinking he would have a hard copy of our agreement with him. He didn't. The first seeding failed to take. After an email I sent May 15, he sent a guy to reseed May 16. No new straw was placed to keep the seeds from blowing or washing away & it rained hard that night, washing it all away. To date Mr ********************** has not contacted me despite several emails sent by me requesting he provide me with a firm date as to when he would be returning to finish the job. As of today, June 15 it's clear he has no intention of upholding his side of the agreement. My yard is in worse shape now than it was before he started.

  I hired Absolute ********* to fix my gravel driveway and then cut down tree limbs. He came on August 03, 2022 to do the work. My gravel driveway was fixed, however he did not do all the work to the trees that I was quoted for. I paid $2300 cash for all of this work, and he said he would be coming back the very next day to finish trimming the trees as he didnt have a pole saw and couldnt reach the limbs I needed cut down. He did not show up and has yet to come back and finish the work he was hired to do. I have attempted to follow up with him almost 15 times over the past two weeks between phone calls and texts. He blatantly ignores my messages and phone calls. I told him I would be proceeding with reporting him for not doing all of the work that we had agreed upon.
