I had the misfortune of dealing with Zech and Absolute Lawn & Landscape. Everything you need to know about Zech Foxworthy can be found by searching his name on Indiana MyCase. He has a history of failed and incomplete projects. My experience was no different and mirrors exactly what others have described in previous reviews. Another failed project and zero accountability as he has no assets to lose in a lawsuit. At this point I don't see how this is a actually a legitimate business at all.Review from Dorothy D

On April 15, 2024 we called him to do landscapre work around our pool. April 23rd signed a contract for him to do the work. Contract stated to start work on April 22 and finish by April 26th which was encouraging. Weeks passed and almost a month only one day of physical labor was accomplished. Even on the first day of work and 1/2 down ($6,750) he request another 1/4 to pay for the stone to be put down that he needed cash for. Now it's one excuse after another when May 22, 2024 we decided to cancel the contact. Work he did do was a horrible mess. Our new company has to re-do the set up in order to do the job correctly. He has a lawyer and we can't even recover our $$ in small claims court. Whatever is settled for in court has to be collected from him and that could take YEARS. The only thing I could think of is to each county's chatter, ours is *****************, and multiple surrounding counties chatter and try and get this guy stopped. Also, I found he has 3 other business names he goes under.Review from Anita S.

I would also give zero stars if I could. This review is for work done in January 2023. The prior reviews are exactly the experience we had. We paid for work and many things are left undone. Now we have to find another contractor to fix the mess left. Mr ********************** maintains that he completed the work but I cannot imagine any respectable contractor would agree. Wish we had checked BBB before hiring him.Review from Michael H

If I could give him 0 stars I would. We hired him to do some groundwork for a flower garden which he did very well. We had him install a fence also which he did well also. We had him install rails on our porch steps and that's when things started to go bad. He installed the posts wrong. He had dug a hole and installed the post using concrete. The next day he came and took it out of the ground leaving a large, deep hole. The posts that he did install were not straight and he did not install one complete set. He always said that he was waiting on pieces to finish the job. He never showed up when he said he would. He always had an excuse. ****** first day on our landscaping job was great. He came right out, he worked hard, and he did a good job. Unfortunately his first day on the job was also his last day. He did not return to finish the work he had been paid for. He left muddy tracks all over our driveway and sidewalk. He does not answer our calls and texts. When we finished the work ourselves we found he had not put cloth under one of the flowerbeds.Review from Lindsay M

Multiple Small Claims Court Cases against **** Foxworthy. Young man, smooth talker, you want to help him out because he is young and hustling, but he has no idea what he is doing. Ask yourself, why does he not allow for ******** reviews on his page? Everyone who has a negative experience has been blocked so they can't get the word out. Do your research. Look him up on mycourtcase Indiana. The story is painted pretty clear for you.
