This bank will make it nearly impossible to make a payment on time even with autopay. The customer service is atrocious & the agents rarely know how to help you. Id recommend refinancing immediately with a different bank. Really just steer clear of *************** & any of its lenders.Review from Misty H

I would give them 0 stars if I could!! My car was totaled in March due to a person running a red light. My loan was through the Morris plan. I had to make all of the calls to take care of the issue my person to deal with at the bank was Sunny she was the most unprofessional, non knowledgeable very laziest person I have ever dealt with!! I could never get her to return calls to tell me what next or even follow up with gap insurance in fact I was the one that mailed all paper work to gap she told me in one of the 2 phone calls I had with her that they handle gap on their end and she DID NOT!! When the gap insurance was done with their part they informed me that I was over financed by **** and that I would have to pay that portion I reached out to her (sunny) again and no response I had to take out another loan to pay the Morris plan off because there was absolutely no way Id continue to keep dealing with this company.. they are not helpful not even the customer service people that answer the phones they dont care about you or any concerns you may have!! Steer clear of first financial aka Morris plan
