This company was hired to represent me. They were very eager for me to sign their contract and have since totally disappeared. Emailed them, tried to call and left messages, not one single reply. The **** Reviewer has been calling me and sending me paperwork and I've been doing it myself. I believe that this is some type scam. They have all my PII so I'm worried about that. I'm handling everything by myself. I'm regretting ever hearing and falling for this scam.Business response

Upon reviewing the timeline of communications between our firm and **************, we understand that there could have been perceived instances where there was a lack of contact, which we sincerely apologize for, not just to you, but an apology has also been made to **************. We value clear and consistent communication with our clients, and we acknowledge that we failed in meeting Ms. ****** expectations.
To provide clarity on the timeline:
On October 26, 2023, a welcome email and portal message were sent to **************.
On October 31, 2023, an introduction message from ****************** case manager was sent.
On December 6, 2023, an email response to a client email dated December 4 was sent.
On December 12, 2023, attempts were made to contact ************** via phone call, voicemail, and text message.
On January 8, ****, a text communication was sent to **************.
On January 25, ****, a phone conversation took place with **************.
On January 26, ****, another phone conversation occurred, along with communication via portal message and text message.
On February 7, ****, additional attempts were made to contact ************** through text message and phone call.
On February 14, ****, a phone call was made, a voicemail was left, and an email was sent.We want to assure you that ************** is still a valued client of Newlin Disability, and to the best of our knowledge, she is now satisfied with our representation. We are committed to addressing ****************** needs and ensuring a positive experience moving forward.
