I believe this is a scam, as well. I've called left messages. Finally received a reply after repeated tryst via text messages. The person I was speaking with ******** was so unprofessional, her vanaccular was so street, she couldn't even answer a simple question. I'm contacting Social Security administrators and report these people. And the BBB...I'm afraid I've made a terrible mistake trusting these people with my PHI. I can do this on my own.

Tried to get my autistic daughter back on her disability after they took her off for being slightly over the $2000 due to the card not working for months. The guy who called immediately was annoyed when he called me, as if I was inconveniencing him by asking if they could help. He wasn't very articulate so he basically stated that "it's the laws" and there's nothing they could do. A professional would have said, "I'm sorry, the best recourse is for you to appeal on your own and let it process." Instead he started telling me that I don't understand what he was saying. ******.

I want to issue a formal complaint against Newlin Disability for their egregious handling of my Social Security Disability Claim. I am someone with a very rare, severe and deadly medical condition. I have double kidney failure, lung failure and I am on chemotherapy. My case is virtually a slam dunk but somehow Newlin has fumbled my case on several occasions. I had seven different Case Managers in the almost two years that I had been a client. I have never spoken to either **************** Newlin, **************** Newlin II, nor any Manager on any level. Their turnover rate is a clear sign of their incompetence. The transitions have been greatly mishandled and have harmed my case tremendously. Every time that I had been re-assigned, I was never informed. It would usually take weeks, if not months, before anyone would reach out to me. The most egregious handling of my case came when I was finally assigned an Examiner at Social Security. Upon, the Examiner reaching out to me and informing me that they never received any documentation from Newlin, going back to August 2022, when they first became my legal representation. I tried for over a month to get in touch with my Case Manager and they never got in contact with me. I then sent over all of the documents myself. To be very honest, since day one, I have done most of the work myself. I had often thought, what is the point of even having legal representation when I'm doing everything myself. As egregious as that was, I still stuck by as my claim approached two years. Mainly because of my 6th Case Manager. They were by far the best Case Manager that I had at Newlin. I knew they worked relentlessly on my case because they kept me constantly updated. They went above and beyond on numerous occasions while working on my case. Yet, they were abruptly taken off my case. I uploaded a Letter of Termination to my portal and mailed a letter to Newlin as well. To this day, May 30th 2024, I have yet to hear from anyone at Newlin since April 19th.

I had a stroke and the paperwork they sent to judge, said my vertigo all came from disk trouble in my back which was incorrect. Needless to say I got denied because my medical history paper was messed up an incomplete. Cannot get anyone to answer phone. Only leave a message on the portal, and maybe you get answer in a few days. MAYBE!

I hired them to help with a disability claim and they filled out the application incorrectly and if I had not gotten a call from a representative at SSA. I would have received early retirement instead of my SSSDI. The first case worker continued to call me from a beauty salon when it was first filed. I did all of the paper work and talked to SSA myself .It was not until the claim was 75 percent complete that I received another call from a different casemanager to tell me that it was pending which I already knew because I could check on line through SSA. They did nothing but collect a big chunk of my back paper..If I would have provided service like that when I was able to work I would have been fired.

They are horrible, will not answer any calls and will not return calls back. I needed to update my case and they dont have the decency to call me back nor return my voicemails. It had been over 2 weeks i have attempted to call them with nothing whatsoever. 0 stars in my opinion. PLEASE do not have these people represent you.

I would give a zero if it let me. My husband hired them to help him get his disability. Well these people did nothing for him he was told on the phone by social security that he was approved and would be seeing the back pay soon well weeks went by and nothing and I kept telling my husband to call them back but he said I have a lawyer if something is wrong they will take care of it well that never happened. My husband told the lawyer know he got approved . He finally called back to find out that social security didnt know if they had our right address. I cant tell you how many times we called the lawyers office and never got a call back. So my husband signed something online saying that the lawyer would get 6 thousand dollars if he got approved. So then we get a letter from social security saying that we have to pay the lawyer another 1200:00 dollars more. My husband even though we dont agree with this called them to pay them over the phone and had to leave a message and guess what no one called back ever. Now today he gets a letter in the mail saying that he owes them this money. I wouldnt recommend this law firm to my worst enemy. And I think its awful that they did nothing but they want more money. I will send them a check for the rest of the money that they did not even do anything . We were having a hard time paying our rent and to buy food while this lawyer dragged his feet. You will be so sorry if you use this firm .
