I am relocating through NEI, a global relocation company, due to my employer transitioning me from a plant in ***********, ******* to a plant in ********, ****. NEI requires mold samples to be taken. Mold was identified in the attic and crawlspace. I signed a contract with ******************************* to complete the remediation per the Scope of Work as outlines by NEI's subcontracted inspector. The remediation did not follow the scope of work and the resulting mold samples failed again. They came back to repeat the remediation, did not follow the scope of work (as documented by the subcontracted inspector), and mold samples failed once again. Now the scope of work has increased due to the quantity of failed samples, even though **** Davis never followed the original Scope of Work. They also spilled chemical all over our flooring, damaging the flooring and causing chemical ***** to my wife. I have sent documentation over the past week to **** Davis but they have not responded other than the fact that they're not available until maybe next week. I have asked them to add urgency and am pushing them to resolve. They have already cashed the check but have not completed the work.Initial Complaint

In June of 2020, my dishwasher flooded my kitchen and hallway. Paul Davis mitigated the damage and gutted the kitchen. They began reconstruction, but stopped suddenly over 5 months ago. My kitchen is only partially restored, and Paul Davis has not done any work since that time. My insurance company has paid them over $73,000, and they have not responded to any phone calls in over a month. Additionally, they damaged multiple cabinets during their installation in February. They removed some of these, while leaving others, but have not even placed any order for replacements. They have been paid, but have not delivered services, and have stopped communication.
