  Contract signed to install metal roofing on 3 structures on 9/22/23. $16,000 deposit delivered to start work . Materials delivered 10/5/23, metal installed 10/6/23 through 10/9/23 and balance due paid. My elderly parents thought the work looked good from the ground, a few days later my mother started to note several problems, my father confined to a ****** was unable to inspect the work. On 10/30/23 my mother contacted **** about the problems and he assured her he would come take a look and make it right. After many many cancellations and excused he arrived on 12/2/23 to inspect and I met him in the driveway to walk around and discuss the problems. His tone and inflection made it very clear he had no remorse for the lack of craftsmanship or any plans to rectify the problems. No closure strips on any of the metal roofing Randomly screwed panels with no pattern Face screwed drip edge in random spots Missing ~ 8 feet of drip edge Metal joints overlapped wrong Metal panels cut ~ 8 inches short ( my mother used scrap pieces of metal to try and keep birds out of the barn) Many screws missed the purlins, therefore metal is not properly fastened Barn metal has gaps in joints that daylight can be seen through It is some of the worst quality work I have ever seen done by a contractor 12/22/23 Repair materials delivered ( **** never measured a thing so no clue his plan) 1/5/24 My mother is away from home a receives a text from **** saying the repairs were completed, he never gave a heads up that they were coming and my mother had no idea they were at the house without her being home. 1/9/24 My mother inspects the "repairs" and finds that nothing has been properly completed once again. At this point we have zero faith in the ***** he had done nothing but give my mother the run around, performed awful work, wont follow through with anything, and should never be trusted by anyone. For that I would request that **** refund the money so we can hire a new contractor to properly repair the roofs. Thank you ..

  I hired them to put on a new steel roof on my home. The quote was reasonable and they could come out the following week which was great because I want to get several things done to my home and the roof was the first thing on the list. The next Monday the workers got started on my new roof. All was going well until they had to put in a new exhaust vent and flashing around the chimney. It looks horrible! When I complained to the salesman he acted like he didn't see anything wrong. Talking to the workers later, they informed us that they had never installed a steel roof before only asphalt shingles. They left after the third day without finishing the installation and no one has come back to fix the problems. I contacted the salesman last week after we had over three inches of rain which is bad because my chimney flashing had not been addressed and he said he would get it taken care of. ******* happened. I contacted him again and he said he would send his best metal roof guy out today, but no one came. I'm afraid that we are going to get more rain and even snow and my roof is not complete.
