In the last 2 months we have taken both our suburban and dodge truck to this business to have transmission work done. We got the suburban back first after paying close to $1500. The suburban kept making a noise so we called and told them. They would say oh it's nothing put some transmission fluid in it. It never stopped. Finally the transmission went out again. I took it to a different company and they said the torque converter fell out into their hands due to it not being put in right. We then get the truck back before this happened. Now the drive shaft fell out while we were going 80 mph on an interstate. We have it taken to the same place that we took the suburban to the second time. They said bolts were not tightened down and some other mechanical stuff I didn't understand. The second company called All-**** to see if they would cover the second repairs and were told they had documentation of the damage and shotty work. He just got rude with them and said he would not because we took it somewhere else. Well we tried telling you something was right and you told us to put transmission fluid in them. I think he did this on purpose so we would have to come back and spend more money at his shop. He is also very discriminatory to my disabled husband. He refers to him as the "diabetic cripple in a wheelchair" instead of by his name.
