**** and *** did a fantastic job - they were professional, friendly, and made our old bathroom into a brand new modern bathroom!! I would definitely hire them and ****** again!!

The installers were great, but left my shower door with a huge gap along the bottom and unfinished surround. The corners were left unfinished and about a foot or more to the ceiling. The sales rep that sold me the surround said the shower would be floor to ceiling and it was not. I was shocked that my shower was left that way. I had to call and complain for someone to come look and admit that was it was not complete. It looked terrible. I was so sad I spent so much money for that. They came back out and fixed it and it looks a lot better now. But I have 2 different colored caulk that was used and one of the edges of surround is crooked. But it was completes in about a week not a day. Still a major improvement from what I had before.Lori K Bath, LLC Response
