      Ordered a simple speaker from Ear Candy Audio 12/18/2021 and have not received it,voice mail for company is full,wont answer text either..Order number 9005,receipt number 1166-8954...From the complaints I see on BBB and other sites I dont think anyone gets their product they order,luckily the speaker I paid for was only $47.20 unlike others who are out hundreds...If they are so busy they cant send a simple small speaker out then I want a refund...It will have to be sent by check as I cancelled my debit/credit card so they cant get take anymore money from me

      I purchased a 1x10 American Classic cabinet from their online store on 7/18/2021. My credit card was charged $296.96 and I received an email receipt of the transaction (order number ****). That is the last I heard from EarCandy. Due to Covid supply chain issues, staffing problems due to Covid, etc., I gave them a generous 5 months before reaching out to check on the status of my order. I used the contact page on their website and emailed ****** (who apparently no longer works there so the email was forward to another email address) and I received generic automatic responses. No other contact. Given that the cabinet was never shipped, likely never built, and its been over 5 months since it was ordered with absolutely no personal communication, I would like a full refund.

      I initially purchased a 4x12 ***** guitar cab for $1265 (I can provide the receipt and electronic transaction evidence from my bank) on 2/26/2021 from Ear Candy after *** from Ear Candy had communicated the cabinet was built and in stock but needed to be tolexed and have the speakers (******** and ********) installed. There was a delay in the ******** speakers were delayed due to supply chain issues initially, but were readily available / in stock in July 2021. *** has not been responsive to requests for delivery via text or email on this cab. In addition, *** texted me pictures of a completed/used Buzz Bomb 2x12 cab in white/phthalo blue in August of 2021, I agreed to purchase for $459 including shipping and paid him $459 on August 12 via Cash App (I included details of what I was paying him for in my Cash App messaging - again I can provide evidence from CashApp and my bank). Ive followed up on this and the ***** by text, email, and phone call and ***/Ear Candy has not been responsive. I fear that Ear Candy has been fraudulent in their business dealings and has stolen my money. Ideally I would love to receive the products I purchased - but I would settle for full refunds.

      I bought a bass cabinet on line from *** @ EarCandy on 10/21/20 for $765.95. Bottom line...*** took my money and I never received the item. ***** communication has been terrible. He'll go weeks or months without responding to a text or email. When he did communicate, there were often apologies and excuses, followed by promises for delivery. He strung me along for so long that my credit card company won't refund my money at this point. He will not return messages now. Just flat out stole my money. Fraud!

      1) Placed an order for a simple one speaker harness cable on 9/28/2021. Received receipt on same day for $51.48 amount paid to credit card. 2) Following that, there was no information provided as to shipping date, so I made a call to EarCandy, on 10/8/21, and their VM box was full, and could take no messages. 3) On the same day, (10/8/21) I then followed the company's stated procedure, and sent an email to the address noted on their website link. I requested information as to when the item would be ready.4) Someone responded in kind the same day stating they should have the cable built by the upcoming Monday 10/11/21 and they further stated the I would have it to TX before the next weekend (meaning Saturday 10/16/21.5) The cable never arrived and I received no further communication that there were additional delays, so I did two things on 10/17/21...I Left a text (as requested on their VM) as well as I wrote another email asking for an update. 6) It is now Wednesday, 10/20/21, and I still have not received the item nor have I received an email, text, or VM as to what the holdup is.It has been almost a full month since the order was placed. Ear Candy's website clearly states the wait times for their speaker cabinets, both for in stock and custom orders, but it does not have any wait times noted for cables, and my order was for a simple 1.5 ft, one speaker harness. I though I would try their product when I could have easily, and for less money, purchased a near like item "in Stock" from at least 3 other companies.Bad decision on my part. I understand the world we live in today and the negative affect that labor and supplies shortages, can have on a business. I am also aware of the personal difficulties that Covid can have on small family owned businesses. That being said, there is NO excuse for not communication or WORSE, promising a delivery date that went unfulfilled.
