    At check in at Massage Envy on May 30 at 5:00 I asked if I needed to fill out any paperwork and the receptionist said no. I told the tech I was here for my sciatic. She left the room while I undressed for maybe 2 minutes and during that time I realized that due to an umbilical hernia I could not lay flat on my stomach due to the hard surface. The tech became upset and said she wouldn't be able to do the massage without me laying flat. She then suggested a breast pillow and I said lets give it a try. Once the pillow was in place, she then informed me that she would not be able to do a 1 hour massage that I has wasted 30 minutes. When I challenged her about whether we had been in the room for 30 minutes she said "actually you wasted 40 minutes" and then she shoved her timer in my face and demanded I look at it and she hit me in the nose with it. She then pushed my back down and I grunted and she became angry again. At this point she said I put too many restrictions on her and that she was ending the session and walked out of the room. I never laid on my back, she never did any type of massage on my body . When I dressed and left the room the receptionist said she would have her manager call me and I left the store. When I got in the car the clock said 5:13. I called the store 3 more times and got the promise that the manager would call me and to date I have not heard from her. On one of the calls I asked for the corporate phone number and the manager would not let the receptionist give me the number and promised that the manager would call again. I had to call the store again when I discovered that my charge card had been charged ***** although I told the person I was making the appointment with that I would be using the ****** gift card that I was gifted. The only reason I gave my card information was because I was told I had to to make an appointment. I never authorized any payments on my charge card. So far the manager has never responded to my calls.
