My husband and I purchased a table from this company in may 2021, at $1500. The product came in at the end of June, without a bench. We agreed at time of purchase that it was okay for the bench to take around a month to arrive. We didn't receive the bench until early August, 3 months later, and it came in with a dent in it. We spoke to them about it and they told us in September they would replace it. It's not December and we've heard nothing since. The day we got the table the extra leaflets you can pull out have never locked into place. The company told us that's our fault because our flooring is unlevel. We used a level to check the table, and our floor, it is all completely level. They still do not lock in place. We did not eat at the table until thanksgiving of 2021. The first time ever eating at the table, ever glass plate left a mark on the table. Not a scratch. A round white circle. The plates were not overly hot or wet. We stated all of this over the phone to a manager in his 40s there. After all of the issues I informed him I did not want a replacement bench, I just wanted compensated for SOME (not all) of the 1500 we put out on a product that has been unsatisfactory. No I even offered time stamped videos as proof that this has been ongoing since the day it was delivered. The man got angry and talked to me in a very demeaning manor to the point that my husband had to take the phone and tell him not to speak to me that way. He yelled at told us we were liars and hung up the phone. I have never had such a bad customer service experience in my life. I was a sales specialist at my past job and would have been terminated if I talked to a customer the way that employee spoke to me.
