In 2020 we hired **** from Hartman-E Pools to install an in ground pool. After first payment was sent in the communication became almost non existent. We paid about $50,000 for our pool and automatic cover. In 2021 ****** daughter opened our pool and while doing so our automatic cover was torn. After having to threaten our lawyer **** finally ordered another one. After 6 months the north side of the pool was showing problems. Our automatic cover box we noticed tipping. After zero response from **** we hired American concrete risers to come look and after we are told the $10,000 auto cover is tipping because there is a void under it ( no fill ) and in time it’s going to just fall/bust. Ruining all the concrete surrounding the pool. I’ve called and emailed Harman-E pools with zero response.
