The two workers showed up and took some base cabinets, but left the other set as well as the flooring underneath those base cabinets. I was told by the worker that the demo of the kitchen was complete and that the next two days they would be spending in the crawlspace. I was told that total mitigation would be 2 to 3 days— one day was for the kitchen two days were for the crawlspace. They left most the flooring and most base cabinets/set up equipment to filter the air and dry everything. Later on my daughter started sneezing and having a reaction and developed a bloody nose. I went into the kitchen to inspect the equipment and to see how the set up.The ventilation was haphazardly, pushed out through our dogdoor, which was not secure with tape or anything else. All of the eqpt that was set up in our home was completely filthy. The filters were bent and old and caked in dirt and debris. I was upset as the equipment that was brought into our home was completely filthy and who knows what pollutants were being expelled into our air. The next day they were supposed to arrive at 9:30, it was close to noon and they still have not showed up. I contacted ****** to let him know that I was not happy with the situation, and due to the status of the condition that the kitchen was left in and the condition of the equipment that was left I no longer wanted their service. I unplugged all the equipment and set it outside on my porch and let ****** know. Within 30 minutes all the equipment was picked up. I was told by the workers while they were there the first day that they would be doing the renovation and the remodel however, when I spoke to ******, he stated that they never had any intention of doing the remodel. ****** was very unprofessional, made several false statements and promises, and when I complained and reached out to him, he offered no resolution other than to essentially blame me for everything and not even acknowledge that the equipment was completely filthy.
