So important to trust our cars with someone who is both extremely capable and highly trustworthy. **** has decades of experience and keeps current with the latest automotive technology. **** and his team serviced my 2006 RAV4 for 17 years and it sold with ****** miles on it and still started on the first crank. I wont buy a new vehicle without asking ***** advice. He does a $35 inspection on any used car you want to buy and if he does repairs he credits the inspection cost to your bill. I wont buy a used car without having him inspect it first. **** treats your family like you are his family. Straight honest and extremely capable. Cant say anything more positive than I have my adult children go to him for their vehicle maintenance. **** is the very best you could ask for and your car will thank you.Review from Shannon B

Westfield Automotive LLC informed me that i would be getting a new motor and rebuilt transmission for my 2010 ***** Odyssey. Westfield Automotive, LLC finished repairs on 10/29/2020. Recently the van started misfiring. I took the van to a neighbor who started to repair the van. He informed me that the engine and transmission was a junkyard motor and not a new motor as Westfield Automotive, LLC said they were going to replace for a price of $5250. According my mechanic the motor and transmission is a 2013 model year. He works at *********** Auto Parts, with 30 years of mechanic experience, and he said that this engine looks like it was a junkyard motor and not a new motor. I think the Westfield Automotive, LLC would put in a new motor as they said they would or refund all of my money which as $8,085.88.Because of this van is no longer working I have not been able to do my primary job of transportation.******************************

The customer never contacted us to let us know of any issues he was having with the van, I tried to contact him 3 times and he has never returned my calls The customer was sold a remanufactured engine and a used transmission, the engine carries a 3 year warranty, a "new" engine for his vehicle retails for almost $14,000 plus tax and labor. I am sorry that you are having trouble with your vehicle but like i told you ,you have a 3 year warranty all you need to do is bring it in so we can see what's going on with it
