We have had horrible service. Got the system installed in November and we did not have heat in the whole house until February. Many calls to the office about the problem with a very nasty receptionist answering the phone!! We have had $1600.00 in electricity bills from December to February with no help, the time we had to use baseboard heat in the bedroom to keep warm!! The company has NEVER contacted us to see if the system is working properly!!! I would not recommend them!!

Thank you for this review on Precision Comfort Systems and your geothermal comfort system that we installed a year ago. Although your comments initially suggest we deserve a poor grade, it actually gives us an opportunity to help others learn what a great service company does when mechanical issues and bad luck get in the way of an otherwise great relationship. We think you had some horrible luck but some great service. We are sorry for the unusual mechanical troubles and delays beyond our control. Some of the scheduling delays were directly related to Covid. But what is the best that a service company can do when lemons happen? Precision Comfort Systems goes above and beyond normal to make it right. You received a new geothermal system free of charge. After initially deciding not to invest in air distribution upgrades, we later made these extensive duct system improvements at no charge. You also received $1700 worth of attic insulation at no charge. As a side note, we do not have a nasty receptionist. Come in sometime and meet her. She is a shy and soft-spoken woman who cares. One last observation. You could see significant energy savings this winter if you refrain from using the inefficient electric heater in your garage. Thanks again for this opportunity.
