      We were having an issue with a rain sensor. Requested a service visit for them to assess and repair the rain sensor. Service was completed and the company was adamant that there were no issues and that the rain sensor was functioning appropriately at the time of arrival and departure. When I arrived home a few hours later, I found the rain sensor not working in the exact same way as before. I investigated the situation myself and was able to fix the device. As such, I request a refund for the service visit given that the rain sensor was not fixed. The refund was eventually granted after quite a bit of back and forth, but the owner went as far as to accuse me of stealing from them. I will not be using this company again and I urge everyone to find another sprinkler company that will treat their customers with respect.

      Its unfortunate that you spin the interaction this way. I fully explored your concerns, reached out to our techs that were onsite and confirmed with you what they found and did. Your approved quote was to assess rain sensor. The team made the visit, reset it and confirmed it was functioning as expected. You were only billed the minimum trip fee for their visit, in which they completed what you approved. The minute I asked you to confirm how you reset it, to learn if therere was something we missed, you got defensive. I also asked you to reach out tonight/tomorrow if you had the same issues as that would mean the team did exactly as they said they did. Just for fairness and transparency as that is what we were giving you. You did not want to do that either. But, we still gave you the full refund as well as the cost of winterization that the prior homeowner paid for in good faith and still get a bad review. This speaks to you, not our company and hopefully other customers can see through this.

      I have used The Westfield Sprinkler Company for the past couple of seasons to turn our system on/off and conduct the back flow test. This year, I prepaid $200 for service at the beginning of the year not knowing that half of our system would have to be replaced in June because of some work we had done in our backyard. Based on that, our needs for the season changed and the Company refused to refund our $200 prepayment citing its "no refund policy", even though we no longer had a sprinkler system for them to turn on. Had they simply accommodated my refund request based on our changed needs, I would have gladly gotten an estimate and possible used them to replace our system which would've been worth thousands of dollars versus the $200 they insisted on keeping. However, based on their rude response to returning the money they didn't earn, I will never use them again and will continue to warn others about my experiences with this Company. As a business, you have to be somewhat accommodating to your customers, and this business is anything but. On top of that, they were rude about it. The Company performed no service for the $200 and should refund it. Period. Look elsewhere for a sprinkler company that treats its customers with respect! There are plenty of better ones out there.

      ****************-You approved your Full Season Package on 1/11/22 with a discounted total of $189.05 for prepaying. The quote clearly states the prepaid package is nonrefundable. As you stated, you were looking to delay services, not cancel, so we advised that we would simply transfer that deposit to future services. Please review your approved quote as well as all communications regarding the refund that you state were rude as we are transparent in our policies and offered a solution that would suite both parties with utmost respect. If you'd like to provide those communications in addition to the several negative reviews you've left our company, it may give customers the transparency needed to form their own conclusion.

      Your only interaction with **** was when she was attempting to collect your past due balance that you had chosen not to pay for three weeks from service date. We had made multiple attempts to collect, you had opened your invoices several times and then once we advised we would have to escalate collection efforts, you got upset with her. I don't define that as rude and I'm sorry if that's your perspective. However, as a small business owner in ******** County yourself, I would think you would value paying your invoices in a timely manner. We wish you the best!

      I was not contacted by Miss **** to pay my ****, I was the one who place the phone call as matter fact for the second time because I was told not to pay my **** until I received a quote for the repairs to be done, which I never received, I only received one for a full system which now I know is not needed. I made it clear I was going to pay but I needed information on the repairs, but Miss **** in a very rude tone of voice refused to give any information until I the **** was paid. I asked to speak to someone else and she refused, I let her know again I will be happy to pay my **** once I was able to speak to list and collections as well. On the other hand I have received multiple threats against myself from both owners giving me an ultimatum to remove my review by the morning or they will retaliate against a company I own which is not allowed under the **** which protects reviewers, I have yet decided if I will report it, but I'm pretty sure that threatening a reviewer is also against ****** and most platforms. I received several e-mails last night that I am happy to provide if needed. I was told I was going to be sued and they will use all their resources to their full extent and because my e-mail had in my signature I was the owner of a company they had the right to go against my company and start posting bad reviews although they never used my services. I can see by the way the owner looks up their clients when leaving a bad review this company is very aggressive against people who wish to speak about their experiences by intimidating them. My **** is paid in full and after months of me asking for quotes over and over again, I firmly believe my review is fair, not only because of the way I was treated but because of everything that has happened afterwards.

      ***************** destroyed my yard, both sides and back. Their machinery left multiple wheel trenches across my yard. ******** left large clumps of muddy grass chunks scattered all over my lawn in areas that werent part of the work area. The trenched water lines were left open/exposed (they didnt try to close them up. The dug up area the new sprinkler heads were left open surrounded with a 4-6 hole. There are cut pieces of tubing left all over the yard. It looks like an exploded mine field. In addition to this the crew ripped out all my tree stakeswhich werent even in the installation path. ******** simply left without asking me to inspect the install.I called the company and left a message demanding repairs. The owner sent me an email accusing me of swearing on the message (I have the recordingno swearing) and claims that amount of damage is consistent with any install and that it will grow back. Tire ruts dont self level and mud doesnt spawn grass. The owner was rude and behaved horribly. Their work quality is poor and damaging. Their customer service is equally poor and damaging.

      Your claims are 100% inaccurate and the photos you sent to us will prove that, if anyone cares to see them I'd be happy to share. 1- Your voicemail that you left at 7:30 at night on a Friday in fact used cuss words, on three separate occasions, I'd love to replay that for you if you'd like.2- Even after receiving the aggressive voicemail, after business hours on a Friday, we reached out within minutes and advised that we would have someone out the following business day to make repairs and address your concerns.3- The team did check in with you before they left, you were on a conference call and advised them everything was fine and to go ahead and go.4- You refused our services and then left horrible reviews with false claims.5- Instead of allowing a small business to address your concerns, you became aggressive and refused services. There is not much we can do when a customer doesn't allow us to.
