Purchased set of 1878S - 1882S ****** silver dollars in **** for 495 dollars. Two months ago I went to have them appraised and was informed that these coins had been polished which renders them invaluable except for silver content. These coins are in sealed containers and have never been opened or handled by me as opening them would involve damaging said sealed containers.

To Whom it May ********************** gone through both our in-house phone ordering system and our web ordering system, and we do not have a customer by the name *************************. Ive also pulled by zip code to try to find an account by the address provided and it does not exist. I can not find an account with this name or address to investigate this issue. We welcome all our customers to call our toll-free phone number, ************, if there is ever an issue with an order they place, and we are always happy to assist them. We have not received any calls on this matter. I do not believe this order was placed with us, the product name given does not currently pull any product in our system, was it named something else other than what was provided? If ************** could provide me with a confirmation number for their order so that I could investigate this matter further that would be wonderful.

I received an email this morning (Nov. 3, 2021) that had several offerings. I usually CALL a ************ to purchase email offerings. I know this offering was a wrongly purchase price, but wanted the item. They were offering a 6 coin set of ************** dollars with advanced release label for $2199.98, and I know this item should be $2799.98, but I wanted the lower price since it was advertised. They would not offer me this mistaken price. I want to purchase this item for the advertised price.

      To whom it may concern,

The Coin Vault customers can subscribe to our weekly newsletters that arrive via email and give our customers information that will be on our television show so they dont miss the viewing of new products and TCV exclusives that will be available to purchase on our website. While we make every effort to ensure information is accurate there are very rare occasions where errors can occur. ************************ is speaking about this weeks weekly newsletter. At the bottom there were 3 items that we previously aired on our television show. Each item had an item description, a price, a photo, and a link to our website where the customer could purchase the item. One of the items had a typo on the item description of the newsletter itself. However, if you clicked the link the item on the website was correct. We were unable to retract the newsletter once it was sent out to our customers. We explained this to ************************ on a telephone call as well as through email. He was understandably frustrated by the mistake. The photograph of the item shown was correct, however it didnt match the description because of the typo. We were not advertising an item for the price ************************ is stating and therefore we are not able to sell the item for this price. I apologize for the confusion.

      Thank you for your time,
