      My vehicle was brought into Performance Collision on 9/9/22, by Champion Chrysler dealership. Due to damage caused at the dealership on 8/30/22 and after. The collision center and the dealership has a close working relationship, therefore were the chosen body shop by Champion. Due to scheduling my truck was taken away from Performance, but because of a cancellation it was towed back on 9/22/22. I was assure my vehicle would be secure, and informed them I would be available on 9/26/22. On 9/26/22 I arrived @ Performance to find my vehicle in a parking lot with several marking, side mirrors our and the sunroof shade STILL open since August. I asked that the mirrors and shade be closed to we went over the damage. On 9/29/22 reached out because I still hadnt received the new estimate, so I can discuss repairs with the owner of Champion in our upcoming meeting. I was then informed by ******** that the owner had instructed her and her manager to NOT give me the paperwork. When asked why. I was told she doesnt know, but hes a good guy. I informed them of how suspicious that was to me. On 9/30/22 I went to Performance to get some items out of my vehicle and saw that my vehicle was in the same spot it was in was I was there on the 26th. The mirrors and shade was also still open, and the valet key was In the cupholder. The vehicle was not and was NEVER behind a locked secure security gate as I was lead to believe. I then emailed ******** and asked that my vehicle be moved behind the security gate. When the owner of Champion and I finally spoke, I was chastised & informed that Performance was scared & DID NOT want to work on my vehicle or deal with me. Unfortunately my vehicle was still @ Performance. This lead me to have to get a family member to retrieve my vehicle for me to try and keep the emotional and mental toll this has taken on my life. Instead of being a 3rd party. They teamed with ******** and helped bully a customer instead of helped one, ME

      took my car there after a gazebo blew over and scuffed the convertible top and put some scratches and a few dents on it. I went there because I was told they were the best for Mini ****** convertibles. they would not fix the top, it has several worn spots where it was rubbed and does not seal completely around the drivers window. they did fix one dent but got over spray on the black trim. they did not touch the scratches around the windshield trim or the dent by the passenger headlight. or the large scuff on the front lower trim and the antenna trim. all Insurance paper work had to be submitted by me or it wouldn't get done. they continually stated it was submitted but my insurance company would never receive it until I submitted it. poor quality work

      hello,i just reviewed the file event logs and it appears that everything was sent to you and Allstate at the same time. The top was not listed on the Allstate estimate, and we did ask them about it. We dont do convertable tops, but could have sent it to a company in town if the insurance company would have ok'd. Allstate is one of the most difficult insurance companies we deal with trying to get aprovials and documentation. We did the repair based upon what is ok'd from the insurance company.

      The Mini dealership stated your business was the only one that did mini convertibles. And your information is inaccurate. I spoke with *********************** and she was supposed to check the top, she stated she did, but of course it was fine by her standards. But it is not by mine! Marks all over the top and leaking water! I had to ask three times for the first estimate. It is easy for a business to leave out what really happens.
