took my car there after a gazebo blew over and scuffed the convertible top and put some scratches and a few dents on it. I went there because I was told they were the best for Mini ****** convertibles. they would not fix the top, it has several worn spots where it was rubbed and does not seal completely around the drivers window. they did fix one dent but got over spray on the black trim. they did not touch the scratches around the windshield trim or the dent by the passenger headlight. or the large scuff on the front lower trim and the antenna trim. all Insurance paper work had to be submitted by me or it wouldn't get done. they continually stated it was submitted but my insurance company would never receive it until I submitted it. poor quality work

hello,i just reviewed the file event logs and it appears that everything was sent to you and Allstate at the same time. The top was not listed on the Allstate estimate, and we did ask them about it. We dont do convertable tops, but could have sent it to a company in town if the insurance company would have ok'd. Allstate is one of the most difficult insurance companies we deal with trying to get aprovials and documentation. We did the repair based upon what is ok'd from the insurance company.Customer Response

The Mini dealership stated your business was the only one that did mini convertibles. And your information is inaccurate. I spoke with *********************** and she was supposed to check the top, she stated she did, but of course it was fine by her standards. But it is not by mine! Marks all over the top and leaking water! I had to ask three times for the first estimate. It is easy for a business to leave out what really happens.Review from Kyle H.

Took my vehicle there for 2 things, a self pay and insurance job. The customer pay job was to fix a 2" by 4" dent along with fixing rock chips, not sure how they did a good job repairing the dent and painted right over all the rock chips. Insurance job was to repair paint scratches and replace the driver's window that was scratched to to mirror collision, the original window was tinted and to be tinted at time of pick up. Went to pick up the vehicle and there was so much dirt in the paint and somehow overlooked tinting the window! Very disappointed in the quality of work and time it took them to fix my vehicle.... not once but multiple timesPerformance Collision Center, LLC Response

We have since taken car of the chips and repainted the bedside at no additional cost. We are sorry for the confusion with the estimator involved.
