    I would like a copy of the document(s) my husband and I have signed requesting payment from our retirment accounts.I believe we've been misrepresented by financial advisor *************************** dba: ************************ in ****************, **. We've requested explaination about the financial withdraw on accounts. Explaination why funds are taken from four different accounts.We assumed money was being disperssed do to my husband's age and the last conversation we had with a customer service rep. on 12/26/23 is no money is being withrawn referencing his 72 years of age. All money being disbursed are from a living beneficiary rider.We've been told a copy of the document we singned requesting funds, must be approved by Clear Spring legal department. We've been waiting since Nov 2023 for a copy of the document. Again today I was told I could not get a copy of the document I singed. Why... this is our retirement money, we're just asking for a copy of the doucment we signed. We want to understand how funds are being used and if that is really the best financial move at this time. Now, a 4th account is being drawn on and they said we approved that too. The tranparentcy and multiple stories we received explaining our dispursed funds are worrisome. We would like a concise and transparent explaination of our disbursements and copies of documents making those requests. I am aware Clear Spring does NOT offer financial or tax advice, but I should be allowed to see douments that affect my ability to make infomred decissions on my finances. Thank you.

    I started the claim filing process early in November and its almost December. I am the trustee of my mothers estate and there are creditors that need to be satisfied. I only get requests from Clearspring for more documents via **** because thats another tactic Clearspring uses to hold onto your money. My siblings are all breathing down my neck to get their inheritance. I believe it was a good company before ********** sold. My next recourse will be to get legal counsel to start taking action.
