I recommend taking your lawncare elsewhere. First it is worth noting that the Outdoor Specialists, LLC was administratively dissolved by the **************** in 2014. The owner, ***********************, admitted this to the Boone County Circuit Court under Cause No. 06C01-2302-CC-000226. I would therefore STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you ask for proof that ******************** is properly insured and bonded before hiring him. On Friday, October 6, 2023 my wife parked her car in her parents driveway. ******************** mowed their neighbors grass midday and in the process scalped the yard, kicking up a rock that shattered my wifes driver side rear window. Glass covered our 11-month olds carseat base (fortunately he was not sitting in the car at the time). I obtained two quotes repair the window and went with the less expensive quote. I reached out to ******************** with photos of the damage and copies of the quote, asking that he either pay for the damage or provide his insurance information. He responded that he would get back to me. He never did even after giving him numerous opportunities to resolve this issue. ******************** does not own up to his accidents and responsibilities and cannot fulfill his promises. It was a simple accident that he could have easily resolved. I would strongly discourage anyone from using his services.
