I purchased a 2013 **** ******** from Holms automotive at the dealership in ****** ** at the end of October 2022 after everything was done the **** cost ***. I was told at signing loan papers that this car went for 120 point inspection and was a safe and reliable car, I purchased the extended warranty package as well as the 1000 warranty it came with. In the first 1000 miles this car started having problems. Needed a new Cadillac converter. And ended up having overheating problems that Holms tried fixing 5 times and after the six time told me that it was not there problem they didn't know how to fix it and kick me out of dealership when I did nothing but wanted my car fix correctly. They say it's because I put miles on my car that this happened and that is not the case. I was told that 120 point inspection was just driving it a few blocks. After asking for the 120 Inspection paperwork I was given paperwork with the previous owner information and I reached out to him to see what problems he was having and why he traded it in and he told me there was major problems and none of them had been fix by Holms. I even speak with the owner Tim Holms and he himself would do nothing to solve the problem and his business should not be in business if he is ok with selling people Lemons and not fixing them. All problem that happen with in the first 1000 miles should be fix. I didn't spend *** for this to happen or to be told I can't come to the dealership because I want my car fix correctly.
