      recently purchased $16000 vehicle from business, on a saturday, were told financing was pending, they let us take car home we were told finance manager would be in monday, so i used a personal day from work to sign paperwork, no finance manager i returned to work tuesday, wife went to dealership, and they had her sign for me ( we both co signed for daughter) duaghters name isnt even on contract in short, with their financing, total price is $33k, $380 month which is way above the $225-$250 we told them we wantef, and can afford i believe this to be a bad faith loan, we would like our $5000 downpayment returned, they can have the car back at that price

      May 7th 2022 my husband and I took our truck into parks motors of Augusta to have it evaluated for a *********** offer, we did it and agreed on a price, we were told we needed to register the truck in ****** on Monday and we would be cut a separate check of the difference from the lien amount on the truck. Monday rolls around, we both take time off work and get it registered only to be told by parks that we wouldn't receive our portion of the money owed to us for TWENTY days, we refused & went to a different auto store where my husband then called the used cars manager at parks and we were told the twenty day wait was wrong and we shouldn't have been told that - we signed paperwork around 5:30pm 05/09/2022 (some of which was not even filled out prior to signing it but was told that part wasn't "his job" and the "front desk girls ******************* if he did fill it out. We were told by Ed ***** on Monday (05/09/2022) as soon as they had lien release we would receive our portion of the payment, he had also told us he would overnight the banks portion of the payment (and as of 10:00AM 05/11/2022 he still has not) and will not answer phone calls after telling my husband he will not pay us our portion until he has the title which would take "2-3 WEEKS" although he was made aware we do not have possession of title since the DMV took it upon registering it in ****** and we were told that was okay since it has a lien on it, so once again we were LIED to while they have possession of said vehicle.
