    I rented with Sequoia Leasing for 3 years never missed a payment and was always early. I gave my 30 days notice and all the proper way to handle ****** Tenant Laws. Had my Final Walk Inspection May 23rd. A lady named Judy did the inspection with us. She said that we were suppose to have the electricity on until end of the month, She said it was in the lease agreement. I checked the lease agreement there is nothing that states to leave the electric on until end of them month. We completed the final walk through. She said nothing was wrong with the property we both agreed the carpet needed replaced in bedroom 2 were my dog had been . She said the property was clean and in good condition, she said thanks for spackling the walls because of the nail holes and should be easy to paint. I have photos of the property was left and clean and photos of the final walk through inspection report all parties signed also. On May 24th Judy called and changed her tune. She said We trashed the property. We left it a mess. The Superintendent Jeremy said the carpets were all trashed and needing replaced and we didn't clean the base boards and behind the fridge. Dog hair was all over the place that we needed to drop what he were doing and come over and clean again. I I went over there and she said that I needed to re clean the property or they were going to keep my ****. I never could report a problem because it took days for for a response and when i did he was ********* and using calling me bad names. Judy said that Jeremy would have to Supervise me like a little kid. I told Judy I am not going to play there games so i left the property told her i was going to report them . Jeremy is a *********** he never shows up.! Judy on May 23RD sat there and talked about Jeremy said that he was a ********** and ************ and John the owner of Sequoia was a ********* she's only been there for 1 month, Told us how she has heard this all day and was upset that's why everyone is moving out.!!

    My husband and I moved into a property of Sequoia Leasing on Granite Ct last year. They claimed to of had a cleaning crew come twice to clean the property before we moved in. When we received the keys and did a walk through, my mother and I spent 8 + hours cleaning the property before we could even move in because it was disgusting. We put in multiple maintenance requests without any response the whole year we lived there. The master bathroom sink had a slow leak when we moved into the property and I mentioned it to the property manager and the “maintenance man”, John. The leak was never fixed nor were we contacted regarding any maintenance requests that were submitted. When we moved out, we were not able to have a proper walkthrough because John was rude and inconsiderate. He showed up to our property multiple times that morning and made unnecessary rude comments before our scheduled walkthrough. Sequoia Leasing took money out of our deposit for “power washing the garage, light bathroom tub and kitchen cleaning”. Remember the 8 + hours I spent cleaning to even be able to move into the property? We left the property better than we found it and I have pictures to prove it. John and Sequoia Leasing are the worst leasing company/individuals and I do not recommend renting from them! Very unprofessional.

    I am sorry you had a bad move out experience with our Maintenace Manager. I do not see any complaint or request from you that the place was not cleaned prior to you move-in. No where on your move-in sheet does it says it was dirty and need cleaned. The move-in sheet dose say it needed a new microwave and wall needed patched and painted all done according to move-in sheet prior to your move in this sheet was signed and dated. We try to fulfill all our tenant's requests. Our new tenant's request the place to be cleaned prior to their move-in. We take these fees out of deposits at the end of the lease. Sequioa Leasing
