I made a down payment of $******** on 12/28/20 for vinyl tile to be placed in my kitchen and office. This tile was installed on 2/26/21 and I made the final payment of $********. I contact the contractor on July 20, 2022 who installed my floor and said the vinyl tile was chipping, cupping and lifting up in the kitchen. He came and looked at the flooring and said it would all have to be pulled up and replaced. But an adjuster would need to come out and look at the floor himself. I never heard back from Wall to Wall, so I finally called them on 11/28/22 and the owner was waiting on the adjuster to come out. I called again today 12/12/22 and left a message. I'm sorry BUT THE FLOOR SHOULD LAST MORE THAN 18 MONTHS. I KEEP GETTING NO ACTION FROM THIS BUSINESS. Very frustrated because I continue TO STUMBLE OVER THE FLOORING, because it is lifting and cupping. I've have no choice but seek help in getting this flooring replaced!!Business response

Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2022/12/15) */ I was contacted by owner and he is trying to move the process along, WHICH I VERY MUCH APPRECIATE! The owner contacted me this morning and is trying to submit a claim through the vendor. I just wanted to get things moving finally. So I would like to close this complaint. I do feel the owner is genuinely trying to resolve my issue.
