I have an issue with this apartment complex, not because of the units but because of the manager. We have even gone to the supervisor above said manager and yet nothing has been done. My aunt who is a tenant in these apartments has been being harassed by a former tenant and the manager. Now it has gotten to the point where the manager has kicked her care giver off the property and is trying to pick whom she can have as a caregiver. There has been many false assumptions made against my aunt from slamming things around, to children being brought over at late hours in the night. For a year we have had to cater to one tenant costing family not to be around or being able to spend time with her in fear of the previously named tenant making complaints. Now I fear that her mental health will decline as we are working to find her suitable residence so my aunt does not lose her caregiver. The manager is on a hungry power trip and I feel like she was working to evict my aunt in any way she can. The manager of the apartments has even said that neither her caregiver, nor I can call and issue a complaint because if we do she will evict my aunt. I fear that no matter action I take, she will face the consequences of my actions but I can not just sit by and watch the women who has become a second mother to me treated so badly by someone she has done nothing to. My aunt has had to face being yelled at by the former tenant, and having her personal information spread to others. This manager has no business being a landlord if she is going to do such deplorable actions to tenants. I fear for the next tenants who come to stay at this apartment complex.
