TLDR: Terrible communication, won't show up when they say or contact you without you badgering them, and they don't know what they are doing. We have been trying to get them to fix our central AC for 2 weeks now. They have been out several times but still have not fixed the problem. They keep sending out this kid that has no idea what he is doing. The kid has been out 3 or 4 times, charged me $300 for refrigerant, and that didn't fix the problem. I watched this kid put his hand on our vent that was not blowing air, and say that it'd start working in a few hours. Then someone else finally came out with him, took 2 minutes and told me we have a leak. He said it'd be a few days to contact our home warranty people, then he'd let us know. He never contacted us, we had to call him and he told us that he was waiting on customer approval. How am I supposed to approve something you never contacted me about?? And now, I have to pay another $700 to fix the leak they didn't catch the 4 other times they have been here. Part of the cost is refrigerant because it all leaked out because of the leak they didn't catch the first several times. I had to go buy an ac unit for my window because they are taking so long, my electric bill is going to be outrageous between the window unit and running my central air that didn't work because they said to leave it on.
