We moved in to our newly build house in April of 2020. In May of 2020 a rain storm out of the east showed us that one of our double pane garage door windows was not sealed properly and had humidity with the gas panes. I contacted overhead door to inform them of the issue in May of 2020. We waited some months for another rain storm. When no rain storms occurred we discussed and they agreed to come up and look at the problem and we could use a hose to simulate the east rain. They never called to schedule the visit. I stopped by their location several times and they would always say they would resolve the issue by ordering a new window. They never called to schedule a visit, but showed up on May 6th of 2022 and I received a call from an employee that he needed to get into the garage to measure the window. I was out of town and asked them to call the following week to schedule the visit. No one every called. I stopped by again and was told a window was on order. Another visit to the store resulted in them again saying they would order a replacement window. In September of 2022 they called and came up to install the replacement window. During the attempt to install the replacement they realized the window was not the correct depth. The comment was that the window was not made correctly. While the installers were discussing how to shim or patch the window into the garage door, I asked them to reorder a correct window and install it. They said a replacement should take a couple of weeks. Again I have not heard anything back from overhead door telling me if they have ordered the replacement window. So I have not idea if or when they intend to resolve this issue. I have done business with my ****************** businesses over the years and have never been treated this poorly.
