      The father of my children died June 13th 2020 I paid $1,250 for a headstone for him. It was a green colored Stone because that was his favorite color the year 2022 rolls around and there's still no head stone at his final resting place, we were told that was because the only place in the world to get that stone is from China and it was sitting somewhere on a ship in the middle of the ocean waiting to be unloaded. So then I asked if we changed to just a regular greystone how long it would be for it to get set, and I was told that it would be set within a month that was in May of 2022. Here we are almost to the third anniversary of his passing June 13, 2023 and still no headstone at his final resting place. In essence I spent $1,250 for nothing. I also paid in the package for a CD to be made with pictures and music however the CD was blank when we went to play it there was nothing on it. We get no explanation as to why The headstone has not been set, I had text the funeral director the person who was responsible for the arrangements to find out if the headstone had been set that was 2 years ago he never responded to my text. Every time we call to find out if the stone has been set we are told no it hasn't and there's no explanation as to why. I either want my money back at today's rate since i'm sure the headstones have doubled in price since then, along with everything else, or I want that headstone set ASAP.

      It's been almost one year since my brother's passing and no closure for us. We are still waiting on his headstone. Everytime I call they said it'll be another month then another month then Today I was told they don't know when we'll get it and that they have no information. My cousin passed away this past July and they used another area funeral home and he already has a headstone. It wouldn't be so bad but the person I spoke to was **** ****** and no empathy and had the nerve to tell that there are people who been waiting longer than us so I shouldn't complain. Someone new cause I never spoken to this person before. If you promised our headstone in 90 days after funeral and it is now going on 11 months, you should find out what is going on and get details, refund a percentage back due to issues or cancel the order and let us go to someone who can get my brother's headstone done so we can have closure. You denied all and pretty much said oh well. My family has always gone here for every immediate family member but this is not it anymore. Especially with the way the lady talked to me on the phone.

      The monument drawing was approved by the family and ordered January 2022. Monument was ordered through ******* ********* ************. Along with 1,000's of other customers, granite was sitting in ships in ********** waiting to be unloaded and delivered. We did however receive word on 11/10/2022, from Andriane at the above number, the monument has been cut, placed in line to be set at the cemetery and should be done so within the next two weeks. Ms. ****** has been given this information previously and we can not control the granite industry.

      If she can provide the "Lady's" name who was apparently not nice to her, please let me know and I will handle that immediately.

      This response was given on Nov.11th. They said in their response that they contacted business about headstone on Nov. 10th, so NO, they did not inform me of this status at all regarding when the headstone will be delivered. All I wanted was an actual timeline which I couldn't get. I'm satisfied with the response because they actually gave me a timeline stating it should be set in next two weeks at cemetery on here. This is all I ever wanted that was yet difficult to get with a phone call.

      I am not satisfied with the finished product. We ordered a headstone with planter's on each side and did not receive this. The headstone came with no planter's at all. We paid extra for these and got nothing.
