Not impressed with the customer service and whoever they deal with the shipping. I asked for the tracking number or any info at all and they replied with it will be emailed to you when available after they said "your order had been shipped".

Figured I'd Jump on here because I was reading the reviews on this website when I was waiting for my mirrors and it scared me. The owner is a nice genuine person I just think he's over worked and has to many jobs and not enough hands. I called talk to him a couple times and it honestly felt like he was trying his best to help me by checkin on my mirrors etc. So that being said had some issues getting them sent out on time but I received them in about a 4-5 months time span and they have held up great, work great and look great.MW Customs, Inc. Just received an email from this company stating a 50% off deal their doing. It reminded me back to 3-4 years ago when they were having a similar deal. I bought and paid for custom headlights, tail lights, 3rd break light and wheel lights. Only thing I ever received was some hardware for the wheel lights and head light bulbs. This company should not be in business,MW Customs, Inc. Response

Used to ship stuff out fast! *********** out ** $900 a few years ago. Guy will just make excuses and keep leading you on until you cant file a dispute with your credit card company or ******. He is gonna get hit with a lawsuit soon...MW Customs, Inc. Response

This was an order from October 1st 2017. This was and has been taken care of the customer was refunded. We had a misunderstanding and the refund check never showed up to the customers house and we were unware until this review was made. We have since reached out to the customer and got everything figured out. Customer is happy and everything is not taken care of.
