This waterpark was advertising they was fully open (have screenshots) and they was only letting people book parties they weren't open for general public. I booked the week before the party. Cost $***. There was little things that happen that go with new place opening. While in party room the kids said they couldn't wait to ride surf machine.. lady said it broke and wouldn't be fixed till Monday. We headed down to waterpark. The main pool, lazy river, surf machine, and hot tub was all closed! The kids splash pad and the 2 slides was only things open. While down there they turned the surf machine on (thought it was broke) and told everyone one time when it came my group he shut it off and said one time I said we hadn't he said well come back when we open Wednesday! Which I said I paid *** he did let 2 kids ride it once. The waterpark was freezing learned later its not heated I assume that why so much was closed! I've asked for half my money back because the waterpark was not "all activities are up and going " like they had stated. They blocked me when I stated there pool wasn't heated, they lied to other customers stating it is heated and then sent me a private message saying it's NOT heated so just like that they lie and deceive customers. There was other things that happen, like kids getting dry rashes from slide. Them turning the water off at 530 but those don't compare to paying that much for a party and it not being open
