In or around May of 2023 I made the first attempt to take my car to Marmies Ford Service. After they looked at my vehicle they told us what the problem was and that they would have to order the part. Ok fine. After not hearing from they for a few weeks we called back and was told the part was on B/O. We told them to let us know when it came in. They told us it was fine to drive the car but the noise it was making kept getting louder and more frequent. Still told us it was fine. In Oct 2023 we finally called back to ask and they told us they had the part and it had been there for awhile. Frustrating but lets just get it fixed. After asking them TWICE if it was covered by warranty they said yes and we would only have to pay a $100 deductible. Ok great. Day of service. Told it would take 5 hours or depending. Finally had to call them on three days later and were told it had been done. When was anyone going to call us?? Again asked what we would pay and were told $100. But we couldn't pick it up just yet bc they were still working on the ticket, Finally get there to get and guess what we owe $480! Warranty wouldn't cover the parts AND not to mention my car was still making the SAME NOISE! Told them about it and they said they don't know why and what do you want us to do about it? GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. No actual manager would answer to us. Still no call back either. Were out $480 and all this time for what? They clearly didn't know what was the problem and just chose to fix something. Now we are left to find another FORD shop to again try this and who knows if our extended warranty will pay for it again. The whole experience was HORRIBLE!
