      I called to get a quote to have cruise control installed on my pickup. From my research I found that it requires a steering wheel and the computer to be programmed for cruise control. Over the phone it was going to be an $** switch they could put in my steering wheel and $*** programming fee. I didn't think this was right, so I also spoke with a mechanic who also said it didn't require a new steering wheel. Trusting them I made and appointment for 12/12/22. When I took my pickup to this appointment they only had it in the shop for about 15 minutes. Then they came and told me that it would require a new steering wheel. Which is what I had told them this over the phone. They ordered one and I agreed to come back another day. After weeks of waiting for them, I decided to call and ironically, they had just received the steering wheel. I made an appointment to come back on 1/12/23. After they had installed the new steering wheel and started to work on the computer, they called me and told me that I would have to have the pickup retuned which was another $***. I agreed only because at this point the pickup would not work without. I got it worked out with 2nd shop to retune it, they informed me that the computer fried when they were working on it and now, I had to buy a new or used computer neither was in stock. It was about a week later that they called me and said I could come get my pickup. The total cost was around $****. I had gotten a service which was about $*** of that. They did nothing but change the oil. I informed them that the horn didn't work that day. The cruise quit working about 2 months after being installed. I made and appointment to have both looked at. 3/21/23. They put in on their reader and deleted 2 codes for wheel sensors that they told me was not likely the problem, but I needed to go try it out and if it didn't fix I was to make another appointment to get it looked at further. I don't understand why I was to make another appointment when I had one
