I started leasing my vehicle in March 2023 and from day one that I got the car I got to drive it home and before I made it home the check engine light came on. I took my car back to Happy auto. They were given a list of the major issues my car had like emissions problems and my car leaking oil into the engine. Found out from a different mechanic that my car had a bad Catalytic converter took my car back to Happys auto they said they replaced the catalytic converter and swore to me there was nothing else wrong with my car . Again got home the next morning my check engine light was on again. Happys Auto refused to take my car back after ******* said he would get me into a better vehicle if mine wasn't able to be fixed . They weren't able to fix my car sold me a car knowing that the catalytic converter was bad and had a cracked motor. I need my car it's my only form of transportation and I'm paying my monthly payments on time for a car I've hardly been able to drive.Business response

My name is **** ****** and I just completed communication with **** ****** regarding he and his wife's concerns with the vehicle that was purchased (not leased) form Happy's Auto. ******* who was the previous General Manager is no longer a part of our business since October of 2023 and I am assuming his functions for the dealership at this time.
**** and I have agreed to a resolution for their concerns in which he will be taking his vehicle to an independent repair shop here in Hays Kansas and Happy's Auto will assume the responsibility for this vehicle's issues. I have also provided him my cell phone contact for faster communications. Also, no one at Happy's Auto had any knowledge of any issues since September of 2023 which we would have gladly resolved if we would have known.
