************************************************************************** I was eligible for funds to help make my shower handicapped accessible. ***************************. Joe's Wood Designs Inc. was hired and agreed to the 90-day for completion, ****************************. In the process of doing that, we decided to remodel the bathroom. The additional remodel including tankless water heater we paid for. The whole process we have had to make repeated calls to get any work done. I am aware that there was extra work added beyond the walk in shower but this seems excessive. ****** portion of the work was completed in October. We contacted Joe in early February, and gave deadline of February 28 to complete the work, and Joe agreed. March 9 we contacted Joe due to the water heater not working, he said he would come out. March 11 an electrician came out and let us know the water heater was not tankless it was a 6 gal. water heater. When brought to Joe's attention, he said he had ordered the correct one. April 15 he came and ran the wiring but did not bring the water heater to hook up. As of today the work is still not finished. I am beyond frustrated and at this point, I would rather not deal with Joe, as I do not trust him to complete the job properly. Contract was $***** for the purchase and installation of the tankless water heater. He was paid in full in February 2022 at which time we thought the job was complete. The total amount that we paid Joe's Wood Design, Inc. is $******. I would like a refund of $**** as that was the portion for the water heater so I can hire someone else to complete the job correctly. I believe that this is fraud, ***************************************************************. **************************************************************************************. I have been very patient up and I would just like the job to be completed and done properly.
