    I took my shirts into the store for them to screen print. I told them what I wanted on them. I emailed the examples also. And I called. I got 1 email from them on and I choose what I wanted on the shirts. And sent it back. And than nothing for 2 weeks. I called and asked about my shirts and they said they have been done for 2 weeks. I said I did not no that and I do not no the price or have not approved the shirts. All she said was "do you not want them than" I said no. I need to no the price and need some communication about my order.

    Hi Laura - We spoke on the phone last week with you about your order. You came in on a Saturday and dropped off your shirts without a finalized logo (we had to create it from the description you gave to us). Our employee told you that day that she isn't qualified to give our pricing and one of the owners would have to contact you with pricing information prior to production on your order, and advised that our current turnaround time was 3 weeks from the date you dropped off. You called later that next week because you hadn't received anything from us yet, and pricing options and set-up information was conveyed at that time as your logo was a full color print and not a standard single color. We never print anything, especially a full color print on an order 5 provided shirts, without consulting about prices prior as it is a very expensive process to do. You were given your options and chose to do a full color transfer instead of a full screen print because of the cost difference. You were then advised again that a proof would be received prior to printing for approval within the 3 week production timeframe. The next time we spoke on the phone was the end of the 3 week timeframe and you indicated that you had never received artwork, so we resent the email that had been sent prior. You responded with the set up you liked and we sent back that we would proceed and let you know when they were ready to pick up. We didn't tell you that the shirts had been done for 2 weeks when you called the last time, you said you called a couple of weeks ago and we told you that we had finished them up at the end of last week and that you should have received a call. You said you never got pricing and we referenced back to a previous call where we discussed pricing with you and you said it never happened. That's when we asked if you were no longer interested in picking up your order - we never said "do you not want them then." We can appreciate that you feel like you deserved more communication with your order, we will address that with staff. However, at no point did we produce an order without your prior approval and we did as we were asked to do. If you wanted/needed more from us you never let us know that either. We wish you well in your future endeavors.
