In March i purchased a vehicle, my loan is through heartland credit union, i set it up to make bi-weekly payments of $261.19. My first payment was may 12th, i set up automatic withdrawal with heartland and i signed a form stating they could automatically withdraw the amount of $261.19 bi-weekly starting July 21st. I check my checking account frequently and noticed that in July they charged me $261.19 bi-weekly and they also had a third party company called PCSU charge me $261.19 bi-weekly as well (these were unauthorized charges) i called them and made them refund me, i put a stop payment on PCSU because i never authorized them to charge me, heartland stated that PCSU works with them and they collect payments for them. I asked them to stop charging me double, and they said they would fix it, they never did. My account is still set up for automatic withdrawal through heartland and I’ve been making my bi-weekly payments like i should be, now heartland is stating I’m 4 payments behind, when in fact I’m not. I’ve sent them my bank statements proving what I’ve paid and what has been refunded back to me and they stated that PCSU is supposed to refund me 2 more payments and they are waiting for a trace number (they’ve been waiting for 3 weeks now) there aren’t any trace numbers because i never got the money back, I’ve asked them numerous times to fix my account and they keep saying they are “researching” the problem but the issue has not been fixed. They are now ruining my credit, because it’s showing i have unpaid payments. I’ve given them plenty of time to fix their mistakes and they are choosing not to. At this point i would like them to fix my account and correct the credit reporting.
