This account was paid and the creditor removed it from my credit report a few years ago. I checked my ******* credit report a few days ago and the account was added back on my report. National Credit ADJU did not let me know that they would be adding this back onto my credit report The acct was paid & It was removed so I don’t understand why it would be added back onto my credit report. I wasn’t notified from them at all about them adding this back on my report.Business response

As stated in my original complaint, I am NOT LIABLE for this debt with National Credit Adjusters. Also states, I do not have a contract or signed agreement with National Credit Adjusters; this is a fact. National Credit Adjusters DID NOT PROVIDE ME WITH A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT AS I REQUESTED. Due to these circumstances, I demand the collection agency remove this collection from my credit report with each of the credit reporting agencies, Experian, Equifax and TransUnion.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: I do not have any signed contracts with NCA (National Credit Adjusters). The attachment has a different company referenced. This is identity theft. I demand this false account be deleted from all 3 credit bureaus immediately.

To whom this may concern. I've spoken with several representatives from this company and asked then to send me the original contract that I have with them. They have not because they do not have it. As I stated before, my contact is with ****** **** not with National credit adjustment. I understand that they bought the debt from Speedy, however; it's unlawful for a third party company to trying collect on a debt that they've purchased. I ask that the BBB remove this from my credit account.Business response
