Bought a vehicle at Dodge Allen ******* 12 months ago this month, the vehicle has broken down over 5 times, the dealership made me buy an extended warranty in order to continue to fix it even though it never worked right and they said it was under warranty. They have left the car on the lot and not fixed it for four months at this time. They have given me loaner with an expired tag, at least 3 loaners that have left me stranded, and they continue to lie about getting my vehicle that I continue to pay for fixed. Bret ****** at the location in ********** made threats at me because he didn't like that I was upset that my vehicle wasn't fixed. He stood up and towered over me and yelled at me. They still can't tell me when I will have my vehicle. I feel like ************************** that they have taken advantage of me over and over. Every person I have spoke to has not helped me, they have all given me the run around.Business response

On 10/14/2021, I took my car in and they told me that it was going to be ****** to fix my car. I paid them *** for diagnostic fee. I took my car for a second opinion and the shop found the issue and stated that there was nothing wrong with my seat like Allan Samuels Tech Ryan ***** stated. I called and spoke with Bill. Bill has yet to call me back, *************, and has not made it right that his tech was wrong.Business response

Taylor ***** updated her address and phone number we had on file, and agreed that we would send her refund check to her updated address. Upon trying to follow up with Taylor by calling her phone number, she did not answer and her voicemail is full. John ******* General Manager ************
